Hi, I’m Britt—founder of Operations Collective and lifelong builder of systems (with a side of colour-coded everything).
As a kid? I thought hyper-organized planners and mood-coded closets were just “quirks.” Spoiler: it was my undiagnosed ADHD trying to keep me afloat.
Fast forward to my corporate days:
